A few weeks back, we reported that one of the school students was set to compete at the TIGER CLAW ELITE CHAMPIONSHIP in San Jose, CA.

At this time, we are pleased to announce that UPS(Pete)…represented the school well. He competed in 4 events..all in Tai Chi… He won 3 gold medals and 1 silver medal. Congratulations to him.

When competing at tournaments, competitors earn points on their final scores and any medals earned per events. At the end of the competition, the high score for each division is awarded .. the Grand champion trophy. In 2014, Blades ( Jaime Maldonado) won the Grand Champion in Advanced Men’s Tai Chi/ Internal.

Shout Out!!! For Adam…

At this time, the school wants to recognize one of the instructors at this school— Adam Pitman.

Not only is he doing an excellent job teaching and taking on the role of mentor to all the new students ( welcome to all of you by the way ), but he has taken on the hard job of maintaining and doing the up-keep of the Temple and it’s facilities.

Next time you stop by the Temple and see Adam– Thank him for his hard work and effort in both his teaching and upkeep of the Temple. Thank you Adam….
